At a young age I was always feeling too weak to do a lot of things, due to working as an engineer I had to be able to lift heavy bars and just in general moving things around was quite difficult for me. How To Build More Muscle
Overall these 5 principles can help increase your likelihood of progress by a lot. I’ve outlined these principles quite lightly but use what I’ve said and put it into practice within your own training. For me just being aware of these variables made a huge improvement within my progress and managing it around my life. I’m no longer stressed if I have to miss or move a session.
